Quinta da Bouça D´Arques

Viana do Castelo
Description / Facilities

Inserted in an exuberant green and profound tranquility, the "Bouça d'Arques" domain represents all of the most typical characteristics of the "Minhota" traditions: Nice Trellis vineyards, gritty fields protected by centuries old trees and a solarenga home scrupulously renovated, holding for 300 years the crest of the "Abreu Teixeira Family". A closest more cautious observation reveals other realities. Tired of the "Minhoto" mimesis; Ana and Joâo Couto boldly tend to give the domain a more creative orientation. Using less traditional materials like iron , glass and concrete; they eventually gave birth to a dream of good taste

and contemporary comfort perfectly integrated into traditional structures.
