In Macieira de Cambra, on the 1st sunday of September it is celebrated the festivity in honor of Senhor do Calvário, and on the 8th it is celebrated the festivity in honor of Nossa senhora da Natividade. Because of the proximity of both dates, they took the name of “Setembrinas”. These festivities are presented with religious events such as the solemn eucharist and the majestic procession, as well as music, bands, dances, “food and drinks” and firework.
