FEST is held since 2005, the fourth week of June at the Multimedia Centre of Espinho.
Film and educational event, worldwide, is divided into various activities and dimensions ranging from official competition films to sharing of information and experiences through their academic positions. The main objective of the Festival is to promote the work of young artists from around the world.
The event is organized by FEST Cultural Association, a registered NGO, non-profit, which has the education and audiovisual as focus of its activity.
