Created in January 2004, is a training centre and environmental testing, which relaunches and enhances environmental education, the discovery of man's connection to nature and the knowledge of the traditions of Minho, which are based on agriculture.
This educational structure, is an ancient traditional “minhota” farmhouse, of approximately of 2.5 hectares, dedicated and adapted to complement and support extracurricular activities, pre-school children and students attending pre and primary schools.
Open to public:
At weekends and public holidays with free entry: 14.00-18.00 h. (October/April) 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (May-September)
Schedules:
(Monday to Friday): Mornings: From 8:30am to 12:30 a.m. / Afternoons: From 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
Pedagogical activities schedule:
(Monday to Friday): By appointment, from 9:30am to 12:00 a.m. / Afternoons: from 2:00 p.m. until 4:30 p.m.
