The Minas da Borralha museum nucleus project was created based on a multi-nucleus museum strategy that relies on the reuse / visit of the various structures and infrastructures created during the operation of the mines. There have been restoration works, promoted by the Municipality of Montalegre, a space once degraded, giving this added value to the community, so that it can manifest and expand their socio-cultural experience.
